Whether you’ve designed a unique bottle, piece of furniture, packaging, or fashion item — registering your industrial design gives you the legal right to prevent others from replicating your work for up to 15 years (initially 5 years, renewable in two 5-year periods).

Reach out to the relevant facility manager or complete a facility booking request form, as directed by the Ministry.
Step 3: Provide Required Documentation
Depending on the use (e.g., training, competition, event), you may be asked to submit proof of organization, event plan, and safety guidelines.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
Once approved, you’ll receive your booking details, terms of use, and access requirements.
