To complete your Direct Deposit application, you can email us the following documents using the same email address of scp.application@gov.tt
Step 1: Complete Direct Deposit Form

The completed form must be stamped by the client’s bank OR the form can be submitted with a copy of a current bank account statement (please note that the bank account must be in the name of the applicant. The bank statement must be no older than three months)
Step 2: Prepare the following documents
A scan of the applicant’s national ID
A scan of the applicant’s computerised birth certificate
Take a selfie holding your National ID Card & a Newspaper with the date of the application. The photo should clearly show your face in the selfie and on the
National ID Card submitted.
Step 3: Submit form and documents
Submit all properly labeled documents via email to scp.application@gov.tt
Please note: Direct Deposit forms are accepted from the following four major banks only; First Citizens Trinidad and Tobago, RBC Royal Bank, Republic Bank Ltd and Scotia Bank Trinidad and Tobago.
